Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Esrever: Reverse Audio ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You May:

  • Use the App to create, edit, and export audio files
  • Share audio files created with the App
  • Use the App on devices you own or control

You May NOT:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the App
  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
  • Use the App to create content that violates others' rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

3. User Accounts and Subscriptions

3.1 Free Version

The App offers a free version with limited features. You can use basic audio reverse and editing capabilities without creating an account.

3.2 Premium Subscription

Premium features are available through subscription:

  • Subscriptions are billed automatically through your App Store or Google Play account
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings
  • No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
  • Pricing may vary by region and is subject to change with notice

3.3 Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a free trial period. If not canceled before the trial ends, you will be charged for the subscription. Free trials are available once per user.

4. User Content

4.1 Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to audio files you create or import using the App. We do not claim ownership of your content.

4.2 Storage

All audio files are stored locally on your device. We do not store your audio files on our servers.

4.3 Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • The content you create or import
  • Backing up your audio files
  • Ensuring you have rights to any audio you import
  • Complying with copyright and intellectual property laws

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its source code, design, functionality, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

"Esrever: Reverse Audio" and associated logos are trademarks. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written permission.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the App to:

  • Create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
  • Collect or harvest information about other users

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
  • Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
  • Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or quality of content

We do not guarantee that the App will meet your requirements or that defects will be corrected.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
  • Service interruptions or security breaches
  • Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in content
  • Personal injury or property damage resulting from your use
  • Unauthorized access to your data or device

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Esrever: Reverse Audio, its developers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the App
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another party
  • Content you create or share using the App

10. Changes to the App

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue the App or any features at any time
  • Update these Terms with or without notice
  • Change subscription pricing with reasonable notice

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

11.1 By You

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

11.2 By Us

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without notice, for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Suspected illegal activity
  • Requests by law enforcement
  • Extended periods of inactivity

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. All provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Turkey.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at [email protected]. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days.

13.2 Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

14. Miscellaneous

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

14.3 Waiver

No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.

14.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights without restriction.
